I’ve done a pretty good job with blogging every day this year, missing only two days, both a Saturday. That is the day that I focus the most on my family and basicaly ignore the world. This weekend, more than usual I’ve spent time with my husband and son.
I am in the midst of cooking dinner. A homemade apple pie with crumble top is cooling on the counter. Homemade meatballs are finishing up in a saucepan with sphaghetti sauce. It, alas, is from a jar. When the tomatos are ready in our garden this year, I hope to have enough to make a homemade sauce that I can spend all day on, making enough to freeze for later use.
I need to check on the pasta. More posts tomorrow about the world, most likely abot the role of the Internet in the Egyptian uprising.
