Boy lies about wolf, gets eaten by wolf

I can’t stop laughing.  Trump seconded Romney’s ongoing lie about Chrysler Jeep jobs getting sent to China via Twitter.  The Vice President of Product Design responded as follows:

Trump called out for Lie in Tweet

Lest anyone think the Gilles is only responding because he’s a Pres. Obama supporter, there is no evidence that he is or was.  Plus he has a very good economic incentive to tell Trump to STFU–every time Romney repeats this lie, Chrysler’s stock is adversely affected.  That’s some serious money, yo, and Chrysler is not a happy camper.  Evidently neither are Ohio voters.  The lie is playing so badly there that the President is now ahead  in this very important swing state.  So this little smackdown is just icing on my sweet, sweet schadenfreude.

PS:  That burnt so bad I think I can see Trump’s dead animal hair piece smoking from here.

PSS:  If I was in the market for a car, I would go tout suite to a Chrysler dealership.

PSSS:  Plus look at the cute doggie woggie in Gilles’ Twitter photo–awwwwww

I find it amusing—and instructive—that it’s not one of the guys in the corner offices who told Donald Trump off, it’s the design guy (SVP of Design at Chrysler, and President and CEO of STR Division).

I’m not saying all car designers are by nature short-tempered and foul-mouthed, just that enough are that it doesn’t pay to annoy them. Not that The Donald is smart enough to learn that lesson …
